AMENITIES

The Cottage Venue is a modern, white venue with prep kitchen, grooms dressing room and an elegant bridal suite. Our capacity is 200-250 guests which includes the outdoor area. All of our packages include 60" tables, cocktail tables, square tables, 200 chairs, 5 buffet style food tables, and 20 wooden benches that may be used for outdoor ceremony seating.

PRICING

Friday Wedding: $3,000.00 (including 2 day rental)
Saturday Wedding: $3,500.00 (including 2 day rental)
Micro Wedding: $1,800.00 (under 50 guests/including 1 day rental)
Reception Only: $2,200.00

*25% deposit required to reserve the date*
